Postcard from Switzerland
When you think summer vacation, you don’t usually think snow. But even though it’s not the average sun-drenched vacation, it’s still exhilarating to snowboard on Europe’s highest peak one morning in July and then enjoy an ice cream while watching paragliders land in picture-perfect conditions that afternoon. Interlaken, Switzerland is a haven for adventure lovers and snow bunnies year-round.
There’s always snow on Jungfrauhoch: even in July!
While there were real working snow huskies, I was more enamoured with this puppy who came to play in the snow.
