Postcard from the walls of Hobart
The details of a place have always interested me more than a sweeping panorama: those are the rewards for paying attention, for actively searching your surroundings instead of complacently heading toward the next scenic vista. 
Hobart was full of the sort of details I love: a shock of green valiantly pushing through a crack in the wall, brightly-painted doors next to white-washed walls, the under layers of a building shining through. Does anyone else find these details as beautiful as I do?
