Hi Christine! I'm a friend of Kristina Wegscheider's and absolutely LOVE your blog. I'm hoping to go to Spain in the fall to teach English (I was abroad in Barcelona). Anyway, if you have the time you should try to make it to Portugal. Lisbon is fantastic, the people are really friendly, and the language is semi-similar to French.

Iceland! Sometimes volcanoes erupt and melt glaciers and halt all travel to/from/within Europe, but eh, “nbd.” Of course, I'll do my best to plan a trip out there while you're still in France and we'll take that trip together!

Glacier snowmobiling, climbing waterfalls, natural hot springs, partying all night and fantastic people…it's a wonderful, wonderful time!

Have a safe trip, I miss you already! <3

If I go to Alicante, I'm seriously going to get your host family's address and show up on their doorstep. Warn them that I'll be obsessed with Lola, and probably will laugh hysterically as soon as I see her.
I mean, if you win the lottery and want to take me on a Croatian cruise this summer, I'm totally down. If not, we will totally figure out a way to hit our dream destinations together Te amo xx

If you do make it to Spain, (crossing my fingers that you'll find a couple hundred euro on the ground) I know for a fact you can crash at my host parents's house! I'll also be extremely jealous and might have to secretly hate you for a while.

Have fun in Croatia! If I haven't already made it there, I'd love to know what you think.
I visited Vienna this summer, and it was definitely a beautiful city. It was just so CLEAN after Berlin and Prague I love schnitzel, too–hard to pass that up!
